1. Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the Product you have purchased must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition with packaging materials as received.
Returns must be initiated within 24 hours from the time/date of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return:

3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a track able shipping service to ensure the safe return of the items.

Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed as 50% payment (from the regular price as deducting restocking fee) within 3 days.
5. Exchanges:
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

7. Exceptions:
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
